    No, we design and create our own unique products and have them shipped from Vancouver BC using either ChitChats or Canada Post.

Ordering and Shipping Questions

  1. How much is shipping?

    Depending on your location shipping rates and services will be shown during the checkout process before payment is made.


  2. How long until my order ships? 

    We hand-make all our bracelets to order so we do require some time to ship out your item. We appreciate your patience. 

    In certain rare circumstances, such as the holiday season, we may require more time for shipping orders. 


  3. How long will my item take to get here?

    It all depends on your selected shipping method, and where you're located:

    - For Canada, estimated shipping times go up to 12 business days. With the express shipping option it is up to 8 business days. 

    - For US, estimated shipping times to up to 8 business days. With the express shipping option it is up to 5 business days. 

    - For International, estimated shipping times go up to 25 business days. With the express shipping option, it is up to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that international shipments can vary greatly in terms of shipping time due to the customs procedures of each country. Please be patient as customs may choose to inspect international shipments which can add some time to the shipping time. 

  4. I provided the wrong address when ordering, what should I do?

    If an incorrect address was provided at the time of order, you will need to provide the corrected address as soon as possible. If we receive the updated address before the item has shipped, we will be able to update the address for you. 

    If the address is not updated before shipping, we need the item to be returned to us prior to issuing a refund, minus the shipping and handling cost due to the incorrect address. 

    Alternatively, we are able to send another shipment out if the customer covers the cost of the second shipment.

Payment Questions

  1. What currency does Street Co use?

    Prices will be displayed in your local currency, although when you actually make the order it will go through as a US price. 

  2. What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  1. How long do I have to request a return? 

    From the date of order, you have 30 days to contact us for a return. 

  2. How much does it cost to return an item?

    If you request a return before the item is shipped out, there are no fees. If you request a return after the item has been shipped, you simply need to return the item back to us and we will process your refund minus shipping costs. 

 

Bracelet Questions

  1. How do I care for my bracelet?

    Your Street Co Bracelet should be treated well, like you would a nice pair of shoes. It is recommended that the bracelet does not come in contact with water, as some of our bracelet have metallic parts. If it does come in contact with water, dry it off as necessary. 

    Additionally, we recommend that you swap out your bracelets frequently and don't wear the same one daily in order to ensure longevity. 


  2. What do you use to keep your bracelet together?

    We use a premium elastic jewelry cord with proper thickness to ensure your bracelet doesn't stretch or become loose over time. 


  3. What is the size of the bracelets?

    Our men's bracelets are made to fit the average wrist size of 7” to 7.5”, and our women's bracelet's are made to fit a wrist size of 6" - 6.5".  If you need a custom size please add a note to your order.
