Bracelet Replacement Plan
What is it?
All our products come with a 1 year regular warranty. If you would like even greater protection, we offer our 2 year bracelet replacement plan. If any type of damage happens to your Street Co bracelet within 2 years, including physical and water damage, we will replace it, all you need to do is pay for shipping (rates vary based on location).
What does it cover?
The product replacement plan covers absolutely all types of damage, including physical and water damage for 2 years after you receive your bracelet.
This goes beyond regular warranty which covers wear and tear from normal usage.
How does it work?
Contact info@thestreetco.ca and provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase (provide order number, first and last name, email used for purchasing)
- Pictures showing damage to the bracelet
- Your current address
And you’re done! We will get in touch with you afterwards to help you process the replacement.
